Properties: D-calcium pantothenate is a white to off-white powder, odorless, slightly bitter, and hygroscopic. The aqueous solution is neutral or weakly alkaline, easily soluble in water, very slightly soluble in ethanol, and almost insoluble in chloroform or ether.
Uses: Promote the metabolism of animal proteins, fats and sugars, protect the mucous membrane and luster of the skin surface, and prevent the occurrence of diseases.
