As no CO2 or humidity is being produced by the heaters, and no oxygen is needed for burning, the ventilation rate is considerable lower, which saves in between 30-40% on the energy costs. And because the air from the Multiheat is dry, the litter will be much drier as well, which ensures a significantly lower ammonia level.
