I am dedicated to finding solutions for the broken seafood supply system in order to reinstall a balance in our oceans. As experienced marine biotechnologist, with a strong research background in marine biology and aquaculture, I have been working with fish cells and applied science for over a decade in various functions at Fraunhofer and since 2020 as founder of Europe‘s first cell-based fish company Bluu GmbH.
